It was a place where we garden our own vegetables and fruits, where we farm animals, produce our own sausages, our own cheese and butter, confiture and pickles. I was raised with a lot of respect for what mother earth offered us.” In his early 20s Piotr decided that law and administration is not for him and he decided to quit his college and emigrate to Ireland where his professional chef career began. In 2014 he graduated in Culinary Arts at CIT ( Cork Institute of Technology) Piotr did his internship in one of the world's best 3 Michelin starred restaurant Maaemo in Oslo, Norway. After years spent working in the kitchen of multiple hotels and restaurants such as 5 star Europe Hotel and Resort in Ireland In 2019 together with his partner Coline they moved to Paris where he was leading kitchens of Brasserie Rosie and Les Foodies restaurant in Paris.
